Dr. Sylvain Charlebois writes columns regularly for Montreal's La Presse (Canadian newspaper), the Toronto's Globe and Mail, and also writes a blog for the Canadian Grocer magazine called “The Food Professor”. Charlebois is a Canadian researcher and Professor in the College of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=University of Guelph )〕 in Ontario, Canada. From 2004 to 2010, he was a member of the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Regina in Regina, Canada. He has served as Acting Dean, Associate Dean for the College of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph.
